You have now entered one of the most important manufacturing areas within Tengxuan.
This is our CNC machine shop and there are （41）3 axis & 4 axis machine tools. Most of these CNC machines are from Japan, Germany and Korea.
CNC deep drilling machine: Tengxuan is doing deep drilling with 3 axis precision control. There will not be burrs remaining inside the deep hole under 2,000 – 3,000 rpm drilling speed. And its roughness can reach Ra 1.6 – 2.0

This is the preparation area where components are (waiting) to be assembled into complete units. Both purchased & manufactured parts are staged in this area.

This is a typical assembly work bench where small 1/4”to 2”Rotary Joints are built. From here, these finished products are sent to testing where each and every one is rotated and pressure tested. This procedure is written into Tengxuan’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
Tengxuan uses a special process to clean all machined component parts called ultrasonic cleaning. Tengxuan is the only Rotary Joint Company that uses this process. This process consists of（3）steps, which are cleaning, bleaching & drying. This process eliminates the possibility of assembling a Rotary Joint with contaminant components.
Large Joint assembly area
On this side of the assembly area, we build large Rotary Joints in sizes 2.5 inch through 6 inch.
Due to the extreme weight of these large Rotary Joints, a hoist & conveyor system is required to move the products from assembly to testing to painting & drying.
Grinding & Lapping
In this room, another critical operation is performed. This is where all carbon graphite spherical seals go through the grinding process. Like so many of the manufacturing processes at Tengxuan none of our competitors do this.
Carbon & Testing
One of the most important area is where Tengxuan pressure tests all carbon seals prior to being sent to assembly. The testing parameters are established at 3.5bar.
3 axis CNC Water Jet Cleaning
This imported 3 axis CNC water jet cleaning machine can even clean burrs and debris inside deep holes in any direction. Even the hard steel burrs will not be remained inside deep hole under 300 – 500 bar hydraulic liquid pressure.
Parts Inventory
Tengxuan Inventories over 5000 various component parts. Included in this vast inventory are both manufactured & purchased parts.
To better manage this inventory; in early 2011 Tengxuan implemented a new ERP software system to manage all departmental function to include inventory, finance, purchasing, order entry, engineering & sales.
Tengxuan also pays more attention to development. As the process of globalization speeds up, Tengxuan is also trying to become an international company with its expertise and specialization in the field of rotary joints and related products.
One of the important step is to invest and set up an advanced rotary joint testing center for various industries and applications, and co-operate with national institutes to formulate national standard for rotary joint. Second step is to establish an experimental platform for a large-scale R&D center.
What testing equipments are in Tengxuan laboratory?
1.German Winzel 3 axis precision testing equipment linked with computer which recorded all the machining history during production.

4.Hot oil calender roll application testing platform
5.High pressure (up to 400 – 450 bar) hydraulic rotary joint / swivel joint testing platform;
6.High speed (up to 40,000 rpm), high pressure (up to 250 bar) precision rotary joint testing platform;
7.Maximator pressure loss testing: The pressure drop within a time interval would be shown on the screen. And we can do 4 positions testing at the same time. It greatly improves efficiency.
8.Corrosion testing: We usually do testing for material’s anti-corrosion effect for various different application.
9. Hydraulic back pressure processing testing platform.
10. High temperature solar energy rotary joint testing platform: The latest solar energy technology will use melting salt as media. It needs to go up to 450 degree C. With such a large capability of manufacturing and testing, Tengxuan Technology is also pleased to do precision machining for customers around the world. And Tengxuan Technology is looking for local agent around the world.

Machine tool industry: Tengxuan product quality is stable at up to 12,000 rpm with 200 bar liquid pressure at the moment. If rotary joint machining cannot be more precise than machine tool shaft. The machine tool’s precision will be in problem. So, Tengxuan’s machining precision for machine tool industry rotary joint can even reach +/- 2 μm.
Solar energy industry application: Tengxuan is establishing a solar energy testing platform which will tolerate for 450 degree C liquid temperature.

The self-supported SC rotary joint provides a positive seal between stationary pipe and a rotating cylinder and can be applied to steam, water, and hot oil service. The SC incorporates two internal carbon-graphite bearings that permit self-alignment and long operating life – even on cylinders that are not concentric. Using new sealing technologies, the SC rotary joint has extended seal life and increased reliability along with application flexibility.
The convex seal ring and optimized seal diameter provide extended seal life and reduced maintenance for the SC rotary joint. The compact and rigid mounting structure improves its performance.
The SC rotary joint line is available in sizes from ¾” to 8″ and can be used in single- or dual-flow applications. The joint is rated up to 280° C, 32 bar and 250 RPM.

The BE rotary union uses a balanced seal design with special ball bearing or optional tapered roller bearings to support the rotor. This rotary union adopts the latest technology in mechanical seal design for water application. The high thrust load capability and carbon-to-silicon (or Tungsten) carbide seal package makes the BE has a longer life and with less maintenance requirements than other ball bearing designs. All O-rings are fully captured in glands and seal-loading springs do not contact the process fluid. The BE features a barrier in the seal chamber to extend bearing life and a nipple and assembly plate made of stainless steel. Available in single- and dual-flow configurations and sizes from 3/8″ to 6″, the BE rotary union is capable of operating up to 120° C, 15 bar, and 3,000 RPM.
